am an author, attorney, and media personality who currently co-hosts the Higher Learning podcast and the Morally Corrupt podcast. Prior to my media career, I practiced law at Cooper & Scully, P.C. in Dallas.

In 2022, I authored a collection of essays titled Miss Me With That: Hot Takes, Helpful Tidbits, and a Few Hard Truths. I made my fiction debut in March 2023 with my novel Real Love—and I have another essay collection in the works, inspired by life’s latest plot twist...

I previously co-hosted MTV’s Ghosted: Love Gone Missing and co-hosted the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. Additionally, I have worked as a guest host for ESPN’s First Take, ABC’s The View, The Real, Access Hollywood, and the NFL Network. I formerly co-hosted ESPN Radio’s Football Frenzy, GTL, and Game Night, as well as the NFL’s Amazon Prime show, The Drive. I have also hosted my own Bachelor segment on Strahan, Sara, & Keke and was a frequent contributor to The Steve Harvey Show, including hosting the special “Love Elevated.”

 

I have worked as a collegiate basketball sideline reporter for Conference USA and Stadium. Prior to sideline reporting, I worked for organizations including the Milwaukee Bucks, the National Basketball Association, the National Sports Law Institute, Rice University Compliance Department, University of Texas at Austin Media Relations Department, and Capital Sports and Entertainment.

I have made appearances on numerous television networks and contributed to sports television and radio shows, including CNN, HLN, ABC, ESPN, NBC, LHN, E! News, Bravo, The View, Strahan & Sara, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, The Real, SC6, The Wendy Williams Show, The Tom Joyner Morning Show, Sister Circle (TV One), DirectTV Fantasy Zone, Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Ryan Seacrest Morning Show, The Steve Harvey Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen Show, Dateline, Good Morning Texas, and more.

I obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in sports management and later earned a law degree from Marquette University Law School with a concentration in sports law. I previously worked at Cooper & Scully, P.C. in Dallas, where I represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal court, including local government law, personal injury, employment, sports and entertainment, and insurance defense.

I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., serve on the advisory council for the University of Texas at Austin College of Education, and am an ambassador for the College Football Playoff Foundation. I also support Paw Works and Project Angel Food.​

I live in Los Angeles with my dogs, Copper and Brownie.
